Description: The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations at our restaurant in Schaumburg, Illinois. This includes managing staff, training new employees, creating menus, controlling food costs and labor costs, scheduling shifts, ensuring health and safety standards are met, ordering supplies, maintaining equipment and more. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Kitchen Manager in a high-volume restaurant setting.
