Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of culinary professionals through hands-on training and daily coaching
• Ensure consistent execution of recipes, plating, and service standards
• Manage kitchen operations including inventory, ordering, scheduling, and cost control
• Uphold all food safety and sanitation protocols in compliance with local and national regulations
• Collaborate with the Executive and Sous Chefs andleadership to ensure seamless service andsatisfaction
• Contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings with a focus on innovation and quality

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4+years of experience in a culinary leadership role (Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or equivalent)
• Strong foundation in culinary techniques, kitchen systems, and food safety standards
• Proven ability to lead, teach, and inspire a diverse kitchen team
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience required
