Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef to join our team at our Anchorage, AK location. The Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef will oversee daily operations within the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, maintaining food quality, and coordinating with the front-of-house team. This on-site role requires a hands-on approach to culinary management, ensuring that all dishes meet our standards of excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Food Preparation, Cooking, and understanding of Food & Beverage services
  • Strong knowledge of Food Quality standards and practices
  • Experience in Culinary Management, including supervising staff and managing kitchen operations
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
