Casey's General Stores Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team and partner with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will train, guide, and engage Team Members while overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations, food safety standards, and inventory management. You’ll drive efficiency in prepared foods and dispensed beverages, uphold 5S standards, and model Casey's CARES values—Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service—while ensuring strong

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members and delegate tasks.
• Under supervision of Store Manager, manage activities in prepared foods and beverages.
• Partner with Store Manager to ensure kitchen activities meet standards and 5S.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.
• Model Casey's CARES values in daily operations and guest interactions.
• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.

WhatYou’llDo as a Kitchen Manager:

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.
• Underthesupervision of the Store Manager,manage and influence operational activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages tooptimizeperformance.
• Partner with the Store Manager tobe accountable for all kitchen activities, maintaining 5S standards,and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory andmaintainaccuratestock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
• Model and coach to Casey's CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service
• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.

Compensation:

Starting pay range: $16.00 - $18.40

Actual pay may vary based on Casey's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factorsimpactingpay include local prevailing wages and internal equity.

This position is eligible for quarterly bonuses based on kitchen performance.

Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
