Kitchen Manager - Select Charter Elementary (Positions Available for the 2024-2025 School Year)
Responsible for managing the kitchen, including food preparation, staff supervision, and training in charter schools with limited equipment (AACS, ACS, AVA, BFA, DCSMont, STEM Secondary, GVA). Develops community relations among various school and community groups.
Maintain meals per labor hour to meet business Profit and Loss ratios. Train and develop kitchen staff, deliver safety and HACCP training, monitor safety practices. Manage production reports, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee sanitation, and maintain financial records. Responsible for the breakfast program if applicable. Maintain food inventory and costs to meet business requirements. Perform other duties as assigned.
ServSafe Manager Certification within 6 months of hire.
High School diploma or equivalent.

Minimum: $20.86/hour, Maximum: $26.28/hour, Full Range: $20.86 - $31.70/hour. Salaries prorated for part-time based on FTE.
Eligible for voluntary 401(k), 403(b), and 457 retirement plans. Paid sick and personal time.
