Douglas County School District seeks a Kitchen Manager for Select Charter elementary programs. You will oversee production, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and train kitchen staff while managing a small team of assistants.
You will maintain inventory, costs, and communications with district staff, students, and parents to support a positive eating environment and efficient operations. All duties align with USDA standards and district policies.

Job Description: Responsible for the overall management of the kitchen, including all aspects of food preparation and service, supervision of staff, and training in Charter Schools with limited equipment (AACS, ACS, AVA, BFACS, C2E, GVACS, LAECS, DCSMont, PCKCS, PPACS, STEM, WCA). Develops and promotes good community relations among various community and school clientele.

Minimum Hire Rate: $21.17 USD Hourly
Maximum Hire Rate: $26.91 USD Hourly
Full Salary Range: $21.17 USD - $32.65 USD Hourly
All salary amounts listed above are based on a full-time (1.0) FTE. If applicable, part-time salaries will be prorated according to the assigned FTE.
