Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead and mentor the kitchen team within the store leadership structure. You will train and guide team members, ensure food safety standards, and help drive profitability in prepared foods and beverage areas.

Under the Store Manager's supervision, you will partner to maintain 5S standards, manage inventory, and handle daily operations while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members and coach for success.

• Partner with the Store Manager for all kitchen activities and 5S adherence.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.

• Underthesupervision of the Store Manager,manage and influence operational activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages tooptimizeperformance.

• Partner with the Store Manager tobe accountable for all kitchen activities, maintaining 5S standards,and ensuring smooth daily operations.

• Oversee kitchen inventory andmaintainaccuratestock levels.

• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service, keeping the Store Manager informed.

Compensation:

Starting pay range: $16.75 - $19.25

Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factorsimpactingpay include local prevailing wages and internal equity.

This position is eligible for quarterly bonuses based on kitchen performance.

Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
