Texas Roadhouse is looking for a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations and be responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner, according to established recipes, and procedures. Responsibilities of a Kitchen Manager
  • Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in accordance with established recipes and procedures.
  • Enforcing compliance with employment policies, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and guest safety.
  • Monitoring and maintaining efficient food ticket times.
  • Managing Back of House employee performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  • Developing key employees through feedback and performance reviews.
  • Conducting inventory and safety checks, including Taste & Temp checks.
  • Managing proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items.
  • Practicing safe food handling procedures.
  • Controlling food costs, waste, and labor costs.
  • Setting work hours, schedules, and task assignments for Back of House staff.
  • Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning.
  • Participating in hiring and application review processes.
  • Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with company values.
