We are seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food in a timely manner, following recipes and procedures. If you have a passion for made-from-scratch food, apply today!

Responsibilities of a Kitchen Manager
  • Supervise food production and preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes and procedures.
  • Enforce employment policies, maintain restaurant cleanliness, and ensure guest safety.
  • Monitor and optimize food ticket times for efficiency.
  • Manage Back of House staff performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  • Develop employees through feedback and training.
  • Conduct inventory, safety checks, and proper handling and storage of food items.
  • Manage food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs.
  • Schedule staff and assign tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operation.
  • Train staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures.
  • Participate in hiring processes for Back of House staff.
  • Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with company values.
