Job summary

Casey’s in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Kitchen Manager who will be a hands-on leader on the store leadership team. You’ll train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members to deliver an exceptional guest experience, manage day-to-day kitchen operations, food safety, and inventory.

Under Store Manager supervision, you’ll influence prepared foods and dispensed beverages, uphold 5S standards, and partner on accountability to drive productivity and profitability.

WhatYou’llDo as a Kitchen Manager:

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.

• Underthesupervision of the Store Manager,manage and influence operational activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages tooptimizeperformance.

• Partner with the Store Manager tobe accountable for all kitchen activities, maintaining 5S standards,and ensuring smooth daily operations.

• Oversee kitchen inventory andmaintainaccuratestock levels.

• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service, keeping the Store Manager informed.

• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.

Compensation:

Starting pay range: $18.00 - $20.70

Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factorsimpactingpay include local prevailing wages and internal equity.

This position is eligible for quarterly bonuses based on kitchen performance.

Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
