big Burrito Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager in the greater Pittsburgh Area, overseeing all kitchen operations across multiple Mad Mex locations. You will ensure quality standards, manage inventory and staff, and drive consistent food execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to pass a background screening.
• 6 months of experience in a management role.
• 5 years of experience in varied kitchen positions including food preparation, line cook, fry cook and expediter.
• Able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel and guests.

Responsibilities

• The Kitchen Manager oversees all kitchen functions including food inventory levels, purchases food products, and maintains quality standards.
• The Kitchen Manager makes employment decisions, and trains employees in methods of cooking, preparation, plate presentation, and portion and cost control.
• The Kitchen Manager is knowledgeable of all front of house procedures.
