Job summary

PopStroke is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team at the Waterford Lakes venue. The Kitchen Manager will manage daily kitchen operations, develop staff, and oversee food safety, quality, inventory, and purchasing.

You will report to the Operating Partner and Regional Chef, ensuring top-notch service, proper plate presentation, and strict adherence to safety standards while optimizing costs and schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of kitchen experience in varied roles with 3 years in management
• Culinary degree preferred
• Excellent leadership skills
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and safety guidelines

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company standards to control costs and improve efficiency.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and staff performance.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and par levels.
• Ensure food quality, portion control, and consistent presentation.
• Hire, train, and develop kitchen staff.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance.
