Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q in Georgia seeks an energetic Kitchen Manager to lead shifts across pit, line, prep, and dish while maintaining quality and safety.

You will coach managers, manage budgets and staffing, and drive cost controls, with opportunities for growth into senior leadership within our expanding brand.

Strong leadership, numbers discipline, and a high school diploma are required; we offer bonuses, comprehensive benefits, vacation, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of kitchen management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• A teacher and a standard-setter: your kitchen runs your way even when you're off
• Disciplined with numbers: food cost, labor, waste, and inventory
• Calm, clear, and candid when the board is full
• High school diploma or GED required

Responsabilités

• Run effective shifts across the kitchen including pit, line, prep, and dish
• Coach and develop managers and team on quality, safety, sanitation, and standards
• Manage BOH budgets, forecasting, inventory, and cost controls, and teach others to do the same
• Build BOH schedules that hit labor goals without shorting guests
• Interview and hire to keep the kitchen staffed with capable staff
• Set and communicate goals with the General Manager and Local Owner
