Qualifications

• 3+ years of kitchen leadership experience including banquet and event service.
• Ability to lead from the line and manage high-volume operations.
• Experience building BOH teams with cost controls and standards.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Run kitchen operations focusing on food quality, speed, sanitation, and consistency.
• Train and develop BOH team in a fast-paced environment.
• Work on prep and service line to set standard by example.
• Manage food cost, labor, inventory, waste and ordering to hit targets.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, health codes, and standards.
• Partner with Operations and Executive Chef on menu rollouts and standards.
