Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a kitchen leadership role; fast-casual/high-volume preferred.
• Excellent leadership with ability to motivate teams.

• Strong communication with FOH and kitchen staff.
• Flexible, adaptable to busy service hours.
• Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation protocols.

Responsibilities
