If you're a hands-on leader with a strong work ethic and a “do what it takes” mentality, we want to meet you. Our scratch kitchen, farm-to-table restaurant is seeking a Kitchen Manager who thrives in a high-standards, high-accountability environment and is eager to grow into an Executive Kitchen Manager role.

What We’re Looking For

• Austin Experience: You MUST have at least 2 years experience in Austin (current or prior) - This is non-negotiable.
• Work Ethic & Drive: You believe in working hard, taking pride in a well-run kitchen, and putting your head down.
• Leadership in Action: Our KMs and EKMs are on the floor, on the line — not behind a clipboard or in the office. You’ll ensure execution at the highest level.
• Growth Mindset: We want leaders who control what's in front of them, own their role, and grow with us.
• Systems-Oriented Approach: You will execute recipes developed by our Culinary Director, manage operations, and develop your team.
• People Management: You’ll lead, develop, and hold your team accountable in a fast-paced environment.
• Bi-Lingual: Highly preferred in English and Spanish.
