Our well-established, local restaurant group is looking for a high-energy culinary professional to join our team. If you're a hands-on leader with a strong work ethic and a “do what it takes” mentality, we want to meet you. Our scratch kitchen, farm-to-table restaurant is seeking a Kitchen Manager who thrives in a high-standards, high-accountability environment and is eager to grow into an Executive Kitchen Manager role.

What We’re Looking For

• Austin Experience: You MUST have at least 2 years experience in Austin (current or prior) - This is non-negotiable.
• Work Ethic & Drive: You believe in working hard, taking pride in a well-run kitchen.
• Leadership in Action: Our KMs and EKMs are hands-on, on the floor, managing production and ensuring top execution.
• Growth Mindset: Leaders who control their responsibilities, own their roles, and grow with us.
• Systems-Oriented Approach: You will execute recipes and manage operations as developed by our Culinary Director.
• People Management: Responsible for leading, developing, and holding your team accountable in a fast-paced environment.
• Bi-Lingual: Highly preferred in English and Spanish.
