The Kitchen Manager Floater is responsible for ensuring and maintaining the daily operations of the designated location. This is a full-time position (generally 8 hours daily, Monday-Friday).

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Complete other duties or administrative requests as assigned by SLA Leaders.
  • Ensure resources are available from staffing and supply perspectives.
  • Implement functions such as food quality, production, planning, purchasing, and facility maintenance.
  • Work with Leaders to follow in-unit marketing strategies.
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Uphold ServSafe standards, child nutrition regulations, and applicable laws.
  • Ensure proper techniques for cleanliness and food preparation.
  • Submit orders for food, supplies, and inventory management.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Track attendance and ensure team members follow schedules and policies.
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and serving.
  • Manage cash flow and deposits as needed.

  • Strong work ethic and team player
  • Effective communication skills with management levels
