Job summary

New Horizon Foods is seeking a Dining Services Manager to join our team in Buffalo, MN. The role focuses on kitchen operations, menu development within guidelines, and leading a team to serve residents and guests.

The position offers flexible hours with no early mornings and no late nights, health/disability/life insurance, PTO from day one, and opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Prior culinary experience.
• Experience running a kitchen day-to-day.
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Menu development within provided guidelines.
• Ordering and maintaining inventory.
• Hiring and developing team members.
• Assist with meal preparation and serving.
• Ensure food presentation is attractive and appetizing.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen and dining areas.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with other management and client.

We are seeking a Dining Services Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and guide a team towards the goals of the dining department. Cooking experience and experience in running the day to day of a kitchen are required.
