Job Description
The Kitchen Manager oversees daily kitchen operations, including food purchasing, preparation, and maintaining product consistency. Responsibilities include ensuring quality, cleanliness, and adherence to standards for all back-of-house functions. The manager is responsible for food safety, sanitation, and managing BOH staff in cooking, presentation, portioning, cost control, and cleanliness.
