Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the heart‑of‑house operations, overseeing HOH execution and team direction. You will supervise all HOH members and drive consistent, high‑quality guest experiences in a fast‑paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of restaurant or kitchen management and a solid grasp of labor laws, health codes, sanitation, alcohol service, and POS systems. A strong passion for training your team is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety procedures, and computer operations.
• Passion for training and developing your team.
• Experience with POS systems and computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the HOH (heart-of-house) management and execution.
• Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members.
• Ensure safe, compliant operations and high guest satisfaction.
• Support training and development for restaurant staff.
