Buffalo Wild Wings in Mason City, IA is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart-of-House operations and drive guest experiences through strong team leadership.

You will oversee HOH performance, implement safety standards, coach staff, and collaborate with front-of-house. We welcome candidates with restaurant management experience and a passion for training, with benefits including weekly pay, health coverage, and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Preferable 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation.

YOU GOT THIS

• Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You have a passion for training and developing your team.
