Taher, Inc. is seeking a motivated food service team member to provide high-quality guest service, execute recipes, and prepare meals with precise portioning and safe handling standards.

You will work with a professional team in a fast-paced environment, delivering meals that are attractive and tasty. The role emphasizes reliability, good communication, lifting up to 30 pounds, and a commitment to safety as you support daily operations, unpack deliveries, store items correctly, and follow

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Ability to follow all safe food handling requirements
• Be dependable and punctual

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality guest service at all times
• Execute recipes to the letter
• Prepare meals with correct portioning, meeting standards
• Ensure food is at correct temperature, attractive, and tasty
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Unpack and store deliveries and maintain stock per standards
• Maintain workstation setup and tear down as needed
• Communicate politely and professionally with team
• Complete production sheets and meet daily deadlines
• Support leadership with additional duties as required

Essential Functions

• Provide the highest quality of guest service at all times
• Execute recipes to the letter
• Prepare meals by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature, and is attractive and tasty
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Follows and completes production sheets
• Ability to meet deadlines in completion of daily workload
• Stores or discards excess food in accordance with safe food handling procedures
• Set up and tear down of workstation
• Receives and unpacks food deliveries
• Ensures food and supply items are stored per standards
• Polite and professional communication style
• Understands and utilized FIFO
• Performs other related duties as requested by the leadership team
