Job summary

Taher, Inc. is seeking kitchen staff to join our team in Missouri. You will provide top-notch guest service, follow recipes exactly, and ensure meals are prepared to standards with proper portioning and presentation.

Ideal candidates have restaurant or food service experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and able to lift 30 lbs are required; background check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt and change in a fast-paced environment.
• Be able to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Successfully pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of guest service at all times.

• Receives and unpacks food deliveries.
• Ensures food and supply items are stored per standards.
• Polite and professional communication style.
• Understands and utilized FIFO.
• Performs other related duties as requested by the leadership team.
