Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Mesquite, TX is looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead the heart-of-house operations and drive execution of food safety, quality, and guest service. You will supervise HOH team members, set performance standards, and coach staff to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience, solid knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling, plus a passion for training and developing

• 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Passion for training and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the heart-of-house operations and oversee HOH execution and performance.
• Provide direction and supervision for HOH team members to ensure quality and guest satisfaction.
