ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Embrace the Menu: Adhere to the company’s F&B menu and purchasing guidelines.
• Monitor Financials: Maintain revenue, costs, labor, supplies, and cash flow; review profit & loss statements and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate Events: Collaborate with the team to plan and execute events, supervise food and beverage service, and assist with cooking when necessary.
• Plan and Schedule: Estimate food needs, make purchases, and schedule staff to meet business demands.
• Build a Team: Recruit, hire, train, and retain a skilled kitchen staff.
• Maintain Quality: Ensure food quality, freshness, presentation, and proper storage.
• Ensure Cleanliness: Oversee equipment maintenance, sanitation audits, and cleaning schedules to comply with health regulations.

WHO YOU ARE:

You are an experienced Kitchen Manager with excellent customer service, communication, and P&L skills. You lead a team and support the General Manager, with experience in catering or special events being a plus.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• 3+ Years of Kitchen Management Experience
• Bachelor’s or culinary degree preferred
• Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues
• Experience preparing banquet-style events
• Current ServSafe certification required
• ServSafe instructor certification or ability to obtain it preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Stand, walk, bend, and lift objects as needed in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
