Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Garden City, KS is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee the Heart-of-House operations and drive excellence in food preparation and service. You will lead HOH activities, ensure consistency, and coach team members to achieve high standards.

The role emphasizes training, development, and adherence to safety, sanitation, and labor guidelines, with a focus on delivering legendary guest experiences and strong, collaborative leadership across the kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Passion for training and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Heart-of-House (HOH) as Kitchen Manager and oversee its execution and performance.
• Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members.
