Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Back of House Leader to oversee kitchen operations, lead a team, and uphold our high standards of guest service. This on-site role emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

You will train staff, enforce procedures, and model punctuality and integrity while ensuring safety and cleanliness throughout daily shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available Fridays and Saturdays.
• Consistent, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting over 20 lbs.

• Manage Breaks, Food Safety Systems, and Daily Checklists

• Lead through personal example of Punctuality, Integrity, and Hard work ethic
