This is a full-time position with a pay range of $14.00/hr - $18.00/hr. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations of the designated location, typically working 8 hours daily, Monday to Friday.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, supply management, food quality, and sanitation standards.
• Implement marketing strategies in collaboration with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with ServSafe standards, child nutrition regulations, and relevant laws.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper food preparation techniques.
• Manage inventory, submit orders, and track attendance.
• Supervise team members' adherence to schedules and policies.
• Participate in food preparation and service, and handle cash flow and deposits.
