Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Austin, TX seeks a Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart-of-House operations. You will oversee HOH execution and performance and provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

The role emphasizes maintaining standards, training staff, and delivering great guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Passion for training and developing your team.

Responsibilities
