Your Role as Kitchen Manager:
  • Oversee the daily rhythm of kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and consistency.
  • Lead, train, schedule, and inspire an energetic team.
  • Manage inventory levels, supply orders, and food costs efficiently.
  • Maintain top compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with restaurant leadership to create exciting menus and specials.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment remains in top shape through effective upkeep.

What You’ll Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar leadership role in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Proven skills in team leadership, training, and organization.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices (certifications preferred).
  • Ability to manage inventory, control costs, and drive operational success.
  • Culinary degree or certification (preferred but not required).
