Your Role as Kitchen Manager:
- Oversee the daily rhythm of kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and consistency.
- Lead, train, schedule, and inspire an energetic team.
- Manage inventory levels, supply orders, and food costs efficiently.
- Maintain top compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with restaurant leadership to create exciting menus and specials.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment remains in top shape through effective upkeep.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar leadership role in a high-volume kitchen.
- Proven skills in team leadership, training, and organization.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices (certifications preferred).
- Ability to manage inventory, control costs, and drive operational success.
- Culinary degree or certification (preferred but not required).
- Thrive in fast-paced environments while keeping communication and focus sharp.
