Job summary

Aspen Creek Grill is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee back-of-house operations from opening to closing. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on BOH experience, and a passion for genuine hospitality.

A flexible schedule and 21+ age with work authorization are essential. The Kitchen Manager will coordinate with team members, ensure food quality in a scratch kitchen environment, and drive continuous development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Hands-on experience in back of house.
• Scratch kitchen experience is a big advantage.
• Familiarity with POS Systems.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule (open, mid, close).
• Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Bilingual, a plus.

Specific Qualifications Include

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
• Full Casual Dining or Casual Plus environment, a plus
• Hands-on experience in back of house
• Previous exposure to a scratch kitchen, a BIG advantage
• Familiarity with POS Systems
• Availability to work a flexible schedule (open, mid, close)
• Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States
• Bilingual, a plus
