Maryland Treatment Centers is looking for a Dietary Utilities Person to maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas and assist with food delivery. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience in an industrial kitchen.

This role requires flexibility in scheduling, as it involves working various shifts, including weekends. Knowledge of health regulations and a high school diploma are must-haves. Benefits include free parking and easy access to public transport.

Competenze

• Knowledge of State Health Department regulations is required.

About Us Mountain Manor Treatment Centers provides a comprehensive continuum of treatment for persons with problems involving substance use. We feature specialty services for young adults and adults. Clinical programs include assessment, residential/inpatient, detoxification, day treatment, intensive outpatient and outpatient substance abuse, dual diagnosis, mental health, special education and prevention services. Mountain Manor treatment programs are accredited by the Joint Commission (JCAHO).

Dietary Utilities Person

• No set schedule
• 40 hours per week: 8 Hours per day; 5 days per week
• Must be able to work both 1st (6 AM - 2:30 PM) and 2nd (11 AM - 7:30 PM) Shifts
• Must be willing to work every other weekend

Responsibilities

• Heavy-duty cleaning and heavy lifting
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen, dining room, food storage areas, as well as the non-food storage areas.
• Food delivery
• Stock rotation
• Assist dietary aides

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in an industrial kitchen
• Knowledge of State Health Department regulations
• High School Diploma, GED, or higher degree
• 21 years of age or older
