- Coaching the behaviors of all team members working in the kitchen on:

As a Restaurant Leader, you will:
- Demonstrate passion for the business and manage overall operations.
- Train, develop, and recognize top talent.
- Manage daily activities to ensure excellent guest service.
- Prioritize food quality and safety.
- Adapt to multiple demands and shifting priorities.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory and perform end-of-month counts.
- Maintain accurate transfer logs and a LEAN production environment.
- Coach and evaluate kitchen team members.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facilities.
- Ensure preventative maintenance and cleaning are scheduled and performed.
