Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader in Missouri to guide cooks, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while ensuring our food is delicious and safe. You will train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders and uphold quality, cleanliness, and stock levels.

As a role model for teamwork, you’ll communicate with Crew and customers to deliver great service, maintain equipment, and support a fast, friendly dining experience aligned with Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is required.
• Ability to train and develop Crew Members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well stocked and maintain equipment.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries.
