Qualifications

• High school diploma required; culinary degree preferred.
• Food Safety Manager Certification required.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
• Availability to work holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, coaching and leadership for all BOH employees, including food preparation, safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Hire, coach, and train kitchen staff for various tasks and equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation training for kitchen and concessions personnel.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by all staff.
• Monitor food quality and ensure recipes are followed to ticket times.
• Manage purchasing and rotation to maintain freshness and control costs.
• Oversee opening, mid, and closing duties and daily operations.
• Collaborate with management to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
