Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader in Warner Robins, GA. You will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, while training others to become future Kitchen Leaders.

You’ll uphold food quality and safety, keep the kitchen organized and well stocked, and model teamwork to ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will lead by example, keeping the kitchen on schedule, and mentoring Crew members as they grow into leadership roles, all while maintaining

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Must have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house crews.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Keep the kitchen clean and sanitized.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure timely repairs.
• Ensure all Crew meet safety guidelines and prevent injuries.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO documentation.
