The Opportunity

As a Kitchen Leader, you will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables.   • Ensure equipment is properly maintained
  • Follow safety guidelines to prevent injuries
  • Complete necessary documentation such as MSDS and inventory logs
Qualifications
  • Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy
  • Proficiency in the primary language of the work location
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant experience preferred
