As Kitchen Leader, you will learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You are responsible for ensuring our food is delicious, ordering supplies, and training future Kitchen Leaders.

The Kitchen Leader helps maintain food quality and safety daily. They ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, well-stocked, and equipment is maintained. They serve as role models for Crew members, fostering teamwork and a great customer experience. The role involves staying active, meeting station goals, and assisting teammates.

What You’ll Do

• Follow Chipotle’s policies and procedures
• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping to order
• Monitor food waste and inventory, resolve quality issues
• Support team dynamics between back and front of house
• Develop Crew members into future Kitchen Leaders
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen
• Monitor and repair kitchen equipment as needed
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries
• Complete MSDS and inventory rotation tasks
