Position Description

As a Kitchen Leader, you will oversee kitchen staff to meet daily goals and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to manage expenses and improve operations.
  2. Report issues to the General Manager/Kitchen Manager and suggest solutions.
  3. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
  4. Monitor food temperatures to prevent foodborne illnesses.
  5. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  6. Coordinate with vendors for supplies and equipment.
  7. Conduct kitchen walk-throughs and temperature checks.
  8. Assist in ordering and receiving supplies.
  9. Support all kitchen functions as needed.
Qualifications
  1. Basic skills in sanitation, safety, and customer service, trained in-house.
  2. Clear communication skills.
Physical Requirements & Work Conditions
  1. High mobility and flexibility.
  2. Ability to work irregular hours during peak times under stress.
  3. Ability to multitask and coordinate tasks effectively.
  4. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver through openings of 30 inches wide.
  5. Frequent reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing.
  6. Exposure to heat, steam, smoke, cold, and odors.
