Position Overview
As a Kitchen Leader, you will oversee kitchen staff to meet daily goals, ensuring guest satisfaction and a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Kitchen Manager to control expenses and improve operations
- Report issues to General/Kitchen Manager and suggest solutions
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Monitor food temperatures to prevent foodborne illnesses
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Coordinate with vendors and manage inventory
- Assist in all kitchen functions as needed
Qualifications
- Basic skills in sanitation, safety, and customer service
- Clear communication skills
