Rusty Lantern Markets in South Portland, ME is seeking a Kitchen Team Lead who can own daily kitchen operations, cook a variety of items, and lead a small team in a fast-paced environment.

You will ensure food safety and quality, manage prep, inventory and waste, maintain cleanliness, and collaborate with store leadership to drive sales and guest service. This full-time role includes weekend shifts, paid vacation and sick time, a 401(k) with employer match, health benefits, and store discounts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food preparation or cooking within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Responsibilities
