Responsibilities

• Kitchen Leadership – Lead the line and keep service running efficiently.
• Running the Pass – Manage ticket flow, coordinate orders, ensure quality, and maintain timing during busy service.
• Organization – Maintain an organized kitchen, manage prep lists, and ensure stations are properly stocked.
• Cleaning & Sanitation – Enforce cleanliness, food safety standards, and daily cleaning procedures.
• Scheduling – Assist with staff scheduling, shift coverage, and coordinating kitchen operations.
• Quality Control – Maintain consistency in food preparation, presentation, and portioning.
