Qualifications

• Some high school required.
• Prefer some operations experience and Food Safety knowledge.
• Local/municipal Food Handler certification obtained at applicant’s own expense.

• Preparing all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
• Guiding Kitchen Team and assisting with their training
• Performing all Back of House responsibilities
