Qualifications

• Food safety certification required.
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills.
• Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns daily work activities to staff and supervises tasks.
• Trains and guides staff on safety procedures and cooking methods.
• Cooks and prepares food following recipes and guidelines.
• Sets up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepares ingredients by weighing, chopping, and trimming.
• Operates ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, and other equipment.
• Bakes, roasts, broils, steams, and uses multiple cooking methods.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and utensils.
• Ensures security of company assets and maintains production records.
