Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or related fields.
• Experience selling premium products or luxury brands is a plus.
• CRM experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in the appliances department to support the customer experience and complete transactions.
• Provide product demos and recommendations based on customer needs.
• Stay informed about products and features through ongoing learning.
• Handle inquiries, complaints and returns professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Assist with department merchandising and training of sales floor personnel.
