Legal Sea Foods is seeking a dishwasher to support the kitchen team with dishware care and sanitation. You will operate and maintain the dish machine, ensure a steady supply of clean dishes, and manage waste and recycling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proper use, care, and maintenance of the dish machine.
• Keep a clean supply of dishware, glassware, and silverware and utensils.
• Dispose of kitchen waste and recycling and keep disposal areas clean.
• Perform general cleaning and sanitizing; assist with maintenance cleanup.
• Assist with minor interior and exterior maintenance as needed; snow/ice removal and trash removal.
