Qualifications

• Prior experience in a stewarding or dishwashing role preferred.
• Strong physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform tasks.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, and pans.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing station.
• Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely.
• Assist in basic food prep tasks as directed by chefs.
• Properly dispose of garbage and follow hotel waste management.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors, clean walls, and sanitize areas.
• Replenish kitchen supplies as needed.
• Support banquet and restaurant operations.
