Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Kitchen Host to maintain our Assembly Kitchen and assist with food preparation for guest orders. This role requires strong communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The Kitchen Host will support the culinary team during events, manage kitchen cleanliness, and uphold safety standards while delivering great guest service in a busy setting.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light weight.
• Experience in fast-paced hospitality environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Assembly Kitchen and prepare food items when guests order.

The Kitchen Host is responsible primarily for maintaining our Assembly Kitchen, as well as preparing our food/menu items when guests order food. This person must have good communication skills as this is a fast paced position with continual customer contact. The ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight is necessary.
