Pye-Barker Fire & Safety is seeking a Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Technician to independently manage the complete KEC service lifecycle. You will set up containment, perform pre-scrape and power wash, and restore kitchens post-service while ensuring NFPA 96 compliance and safety.

You will document findings, maintain equipment, and travel to job sites as needed. A clean driving record and ability to work independently are required. Benefits include health coverage and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in commercial cleaning as a KEC apprentice or KEC technician.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on jobs.
• Must have a clean driving record and active driver’s license, if driving role.

Aufgaben

• Perform complete KEC services including setup and teardown of containment and equipment.
• Pre-scrape grease buildup and power wash hoods, ducts, filters, and exhaust fans to NFPA 96 standards.
• Perform final cleanup and restore kitchen environments to operational condition.
• Protect customer facilities, appliances, and surrounding areas during all service activities.
• Identify deficiencies, hazards, or non-compliant conditions and document findings.
• Complete accurate service reports and communicate results in a timely manner.
